• We offer free shipping on all orders within spain. The shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Orders placed before 02:00 PM (GMT+1) on business days (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
• The processing time takes 1-2 business days.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number, which you can use to track your order on our “Track Your Order” page.
• The transit time typically takes 4-7 business days with our carrier partner.

Order Cancellation:

Delayed or Missing orders:
In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to holidays or a high volume of orders. Please allow an additional 3 days for delivery. If you haven’t received your order after the additional 3 days, please contact us to resolve the issue.
