Refund and Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered or if it arrives defective, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

We accept returns under the following conditions:

 

For non-defective products:

 

The product should be new and have never been used

 

For defective products:

 

The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.

 

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

 

For non-defective products:

 

Products that have been used

 

For defective products:

 

If the product arrived in working condition and became defective after use.

 

All returns will be reviewed and either accepted or rejected within 3 business days (Monday to Friday). If your return is accepted, you can choose whether to receive a refund (Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or payment method used for the original purchase) or an exchange.

 

The processing time for a refund is 10 days.

 

The delivery time for exchanges is 5-9 business days. For more information about shipping, please visit our shipping policy.

 

Note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless a mistake was made on our part, such as sending the wrong item or shipping to the wrong address. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 

How to Initiate a Return:

 

If your order meets the conditions above, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

 

1. Email us at: contact@bluue.site

 

Please provide the reason for return and include your order number.

 

Note: If you are returning a defective product, please include images of the defect.

 

2. Once we receive your email, we will send you the return address and a free downloadable return label for you to print.

 

3. Ship the product, along with the return label, to the provided address and share the tracking number with us.

 

Note: we do not charge any restocking fees for retunded items, you can return eligible items without worring about additional fees
